"Tina engaged with community resources in a meaningful way by addressing the deeply personal and challenging needs of a client who had refused personal care since November 2023. By working with the clients treating team and leveraging the client’s existing community support networks built within All About Caring, Tina was able to implement strategic interventions that encouraged the client to resume their personal care routine, including showering and changing clothes. This approach not only improved the client’s physical well-being but also helped them regain independence and better prepare for crucial health appointments. Tina’s effective use of community resources played a key role in supporting the client’s recovery journey."
