Sue Cudmore
CHAIRPERSON
In 2002, Sue co-founded Alliance Health Services Group , a nursing recruitment agency and expanded the business in 2006 to include the provision of direct care services within the aged and disability community sectors.
The NSW Business Chamber acquired Alliance in 2014, and Sue was retained as Chief Operating Officer to assist in its integration and growth. Sue took primary responsibility for the integration and operations of existing and new businesses, with a national footprint, in healthcare, disability, community aged care, labour hire and group training sectors. Sue evolved and matured the corporate office function, implemented the clinical governance program and Board reporting, designed and lead the technology and business optimisation unit and successfully integrated a number of acquisitions.
After 9 years in the role, in July 2023, Sue stepped away from Alliance, and is currently enjoying a break from FT work and is currently providing consulting and advisory services to the sector.
Sue is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Masters of Public Health and Bachelor of Nursing.

Anil is the Managing Director of ADS Care. Within this role, Anil combines his passion for disability care, fuelled by his previous experiences as a Care Support Worker, and strong commercial acumen from his time at multinational companies in senior Sales Management roles.
Anil is committed to adopting a people-centred approach, consistently finding ways to deliver higher levels of care and safety for participants. This is complemented with his analytical and strategic expertise, allowing Anil to provide a unique perspective to improve standards within the industry and community.

Trudy Minett

With 30 years of experience in personal injury insurance, Trudy Minett is an experienced executive managing schemes that support people with disability. She was the Chief Executive at the Motor Accident Commission and Lifetime Support Authority, as well as holding executive roles at ReturnToWorkSA.
She has extensive experience in operational management, strategic planning, governance and risk management, and is committed to person-centred practices and decision-making.
